Welcome to my website!  My name is Rhonda Lusher and I'm currently the Career Development Coordinator at Wake Early College of Health and Sciences.  This is actually my 11th year at this school and my 5th year in the role as Career Development Coordinator.  I'm fortunate enough to be able to spend time on both of our locations which is the Wake Technical Perry Health Science campus and the Wake Technical northern campus location.  You can usually find me on northern campus on Wednesdays'.

My role, as Career Development Coordinator, is to assist the kids in finding their passion of what they want to do later in life.  I typically start that conversation with them by asking, "In ten years from now, what do you see yourself doing?"  There are various ways that I accomplish this with activities such as:  career assessment, job shadowing, internships, field trips, guest speakers, volunteering opportunities and on and on.  I'm also in the process of starting a mentoring program at Wake Early College of Health and Sciences and would love for you to join me on this endeavor.  I look forward to getting to know your son or daughter.
